Don't read this as a dramatic entry. Please don't read this in the wrong tone
Hello fellow deviants. Today I completed 4 full years! Now I'm on my 5th year and will be making a huge change. I've moved to a new account.
Over there, I'm hoping to start all over again. I feel like I have to begin at square one because of my decline in, well, popularity (if I only could find a different word). But DeviantArt is a very difficult website to get noticed, to make friends. Last year I was better off attaining fans and watchers (not to mention new friends) on FurAffinity than I ever did here the past three years. I also believed I was cursed. Every time I had a new watcher they would either a) disappear, b) get banned, c) move to a new account without notifying me, or d) hacked. Friends came and went and I had periods of feeling down myself. Even though some memories are hard to let go, there were good times in-between.
I'd like to thank everybody, though, for watching me and giving me advice when I was in an art rut; for being there when I needed help or for letting my spirits up, and for becoming a friend in general so I knew I wasn't some nobody. Many of you have inspired me in character change, story writing, and even changing my own personality to become a better person. I hope to keep improving in my social life and artistic skill with your help and how I admire each one of you.
I'll still watch current friends and other great artists as well as rejoin the clubs I've been in. However, if I have skipped you and you are a close watcher you may remind me so I won't forget everyone.
One thing that bothers me about abandoned accounts is how people put their deviations in storage. I like to browse through my favorites and I hate seeing blocked pictures when they are placed in storage. So my gallery is open for anybody to see. Enjoy it as much as you want.
I want everyone to know that this isn't a farewell, every once in a while I like to begin at the bottom level with a fresh start. Since I have 7 months left on this subscription I might as well check up every-so-often.
Happy trails! I hope to see you another time.
